#1 question about handguns:

Q: Do all revolvers have cylinders that rotate ountercloockwise? If not-do you know which brands or models rotate
clockwise?

A: Nice question Philip. At first I saw it I thought „Oh its easy one", but later when I started to think about it I got my self that I doubt on each model of revolver handgun. So I have done a small research about it. It was not so easy because handguns manufacturers do not write about cylinders rotating way, dont know why.

But there are results:
Colt revolver cylinders turn right (clockwise)
Some Harrington & Richards revolvers models turn right (for exp. Model 970)
Ruger Blackhawk, Russian Nagant and Tanfoglio TA76 also rotate clockwise.

I have noticed that most single actions turn counter clockwise, while double actions are clockwise.

Also there is a joke about cylinders rotate:
Cylinders rotate way, depends on which end of the gun your are standing :)

#3 question about handguns:

Message: Hello,
first of all I want to say your web site isexcellent! I'm 43 years old, not that matters. But I've been buyinggunsfor 20 years. I have my own favorites of handguns. But I'm sure that Idon't have all the information that is out there. So I don't think thatmy opinion is accurate and certianly complete.

So when I cameacross you web site I thought, what a perfect way to add to myknowledge. As you know 1 persons opinion pales in comparision to theinformation of hundreds of gun owners.

So I have a question I'd love you to
answer from your feedback and knoweldge. I'm wanting to purchase another pistol. This is the first time I will not
be looking for an exact patiular pistol to buy.

So here comes the question! I'd like to know
what handgun is the best overall for the price??? I'm looking for a semiauto .40 Cal..
The things I'd like for you to compare are. accuracy,
cost and quality, I'd like a blue gun by I would concider stainless as well.

#5 question about hand guns:

I have a 38 Special 6-shot revolver that has "PIC Decatur Ga" on one side of the barrel and "Made in Germany" on the ther. The plastic hand grip has an insert label with "PIC" on it. I've been unsuccessful in finding any references to this gun in gun books. Can you help with any information on this hand gun?
